I can’t sing Jillian’s praises enough! She was so patient and helpful and saved me $80+ and an unnecessary repair Just because she took that extra moment to help me. I’m so glad I popped in and it was her behind the Geek Squad counter!
Very helpful service! I purchased a new phone today and had an appointment to transfer the data from my old phone to my new one. Because my old phone was four years old and the transfer was challenging it took some time. Jillian was so calm and patient and had a can do attitude to working through the challenges. It made a frustration a positive experience. Kudos Best Buy and Jillian.
If I could give 0 stars I would. Sent me home saying they fixed my computer for it to still not work. 100$ down the drain. Thanks geek squad!
