This review is not for the store but for Best buy in general. The store has a telephone number, however it automatically connects you with a call center. They could tell you nothing about the store itself. This is ridiculous. Why not let people that are at the store answer the questions about the store? Why do we have to ship hundreds of jobs overseas to call centers instead of giving Americans jobs? Way to go. Best buy more convoluted ways to screw stuff up!
