I made an appointment to have the battery replaced on my iPhone and when I went in they said the tech never showed up and they didn’t have the battery in stock. So they ordered it and gave me another appointment. Before the appointment I called to make sure that they had the battery and the tech was in. Recently my Wife's Laptop had an issue with malware, so we took it to the Geek Squad at Best Buy. A Salesman named Gabe helped us and was able to trouble shoot the problem in literally seconds. We did need to leave it but had it back within 48 hours. Gabe was very Professional and knowledgeable. He explained everything to us in an easy-to-understand way for those, such as us that are not completely up to speed on today's fast-moving technology. I hate this store. Appointments are NOT kept; ever. I can hear the workers in the back joking around. Why in the world won’t more than one someone come out and help.
