Went to have my new iPhone 16 factory reset. The guy has my phone no longer than 5 mins, does nothing with it and then says there isn’t anything he can do and that I would have to contact my carrier for a replacement phone. After that, I went to a friends who let me use iTunes, and was able to factory reset my phone in under 10 mins no problem. Terrible customer service.
WORST SERVICE THEY CAN'T FIX ANYTHING WISH I CAN GIVE THEM LESS THAN 1 STAR
I went to Best Buy in Wilson, NC today for a 3:00 appointment with the GEEK SQUAD. Dustin Peachy was the "Geek" who helped me. He was extremely kind and professional. He was beyond knowledgeable. I entered the store so frustrated with my "broken" computer. Dustin " fixed it" quickly and helped me to understand what had happened and what to be aware of when using it. I hope Best Buy gives this guy a raise! He deserves it!!
