Carlos G. provided exceptional service at the Geek Squad desk. He clearly explained my phone issues and patiently answered every question. Polite, knowledgeable, and an overall pleasure to work with!
Service was great both at check-in (David) and also regarding the actual work (Ed). Ed was also very good about following up with me.
When going to the Geek Squad in Rockaway, Carlos is the best!!! He is knowledgeable, patient and kind, especially with senior citizens who are not tech savvy. I brought my mother there to transfer files from one laptop to another, and he went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we need. We had another tech who also helped and was very knowledgeable, but did not take the time to explain things like Carlos did. We went to BB yesterday and a wonderful young man, Carlos, took care of us. We left our laptop to be picked up today. This morning we returned to pick up the one computer we left and have work done on another. The only person there was a person (although lovely) did not know anything about computers. We were sent home having been told that an antivirus device was installed on both our laptops. When we got home, we realized that they never gave us back our chargers.
