We went to BB yesterday and a wonderful young man, Carlos, took care of us. We left our laptop to be picked up today. This morning we returned to pick up the one computer we left and have work done on another. The only person there was a person (although lovely) did not know anything about computers. Great experience, Lily at the desk fixed my issue in 10 seconds, very greatful.
Had a good experience last week when I dropped my laptop off to identify a crackling noise. They said it was one of the fans that needed to be replaced, but for whatever reason they couldn't order the part, I had to do it myself and bring the laptop back when it came in. Fine. I make an appointment and bring it back, and no one even acknowledged me until my appointment had come and gone.
