There are very rude and honestly could care less about my device. And am very disappointed. DO NOT GO HERE!!
I called the Geek Squad and, although it took approximately 10 minutes to get a call back, the person who called me completely fixed my issue and explained everything appropriately. Very pleased with the service and was not even charged!! Will definitely use again and would have no problem paying if needed. Thank you Geek Squad!
I have been to Geek Squad for 4 years in Park City. I usually make an appointment and I am given all the time I need to answer questions. They are well informed and pleasant. If I drop in and they are helping other customers, they give me a few minutes, then schedule and appointment ASAP.
I took my computer there about a month and a half ago to transfer 2tb of data to a new SSD. Took a day longer than expected, ALL my data was transferred successfully 5/5 Would recommend and do again. P.S. The Tech Support is worth it. Shout out to Borf and Will! -Brady
Terrible customer service and rude attendants. This is where you go if you don't know anything about computers and don't mind condescending teenagers acting like they know everything because they once built a gaming PC. Try any local PC repair company, it's less expensive, higher quality and customers are actually treated like customers.
