Has to be the worst geek squad EVER. Made an appointment drove 45 minutes to the store for my repairment appointment. No one ever called me beforehand which would be the considerate thing to do, I get there and wait 20 minutes just for them to tell me there's no tech there. Hard to get in contact with the store they don't answer. Same thing happen today, get there and once again no tech. They should just discontinue the squad in the store.
Schedule appointment for damaged phone. Drove 1.5 hours. They called right before appointment and canceled it because they “didn’t feel like fixing it”. They called phone that was not working. You can’t get in contact with them to reschedule. Avoid this geek squad and Best Buy
The turn around on my clean up hard drive was quick. My computer was ready before the due date. Thank you Geek Squad.
Last Sunday, I brought my phone in for an iPhone Battery service a little bit after noon. When I got there, the lady working at GeekSquad said the guy that can fix it doesn’t work on Sundays or Mondays. If that’s the case, why allow me to schedule it for Sunday in the first place? Nonetheless, I ended up rescheduling it to Friday at 12:40. I get there on Friday a few minutes after 12:30 PM.
