Last Sunday, I brought my phone in for an iPhone Battery service a little bit after noon. When I got there, the lady working at GeekSquad said the guy that can fix it doesn’t work on Sundays or Mondays. If that’s the case, why allow me to schedule it for Sunday in the first place? Don’t bother! After 30 minutes on hold, made an appt to come in. 1st available was three days, got there and the tech was so disorganized and clueless, she never actually got around to looking at my computer. She just said I need to buy a new one because it’s too old and they can transfer data for a fee. Yes, it’s a 7 year old Mac, but she didn’t even try to troubleshoot. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! They had my phone for over 18 days when it was only suppose to be 5! No one called or updates me! I showed up to the store to ask about and was told the phone was just delivered and LOST! I then come to pick it up after being called and still had to wait 1.5 hours! I ABSOLUTELY WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN
