Absolutely the worst place to deal with. You cannot call the phone number to talk to anyone within the location. You are forced to talk to a computer and when someone finally picks up in their call center you are told that the kalispell location does not accept phone calls and you must go into the store. SUPER ODD AS THE PHONE SEEMS TO WORK JUST FINE WHEN I AM IN THE STORE.

I had a screen protector installed on my new phone by Alex in the Geek Squad department. His attention to detail and determination for a quality installation was impressive. Will definitely be returning for future services!

My mom was ripped off by Geek Squad. A Geek squad Employee told my 73 year old mom that she had a computer virus, then manipulated her to buy $500 in gift card in order to fix her computer. This WAS NOT a fake Geek Squad scammer. This was a legitimate employee. I have contacted Geek Squad and Best Buy but the told me it was not their problem.

No joy in getting my recent washer and dryer installation fiasco and water leak solved...its like talking to inexperienced children who sell appliances and have no care or equipt m.j ent to solve the problem its unbelieveable that they're eager to take your money and sell a product but can do literally nothing to fix there mistakes.
