The greeting staff and the tech support counter were courteous and professional. I learned that in order to get a battery replacement, you must have an appointment. In my case, the appointment was scheduled for 7:00 PM today, but I arrived at 2:00 PM. The Best Buy website does not specify “by appointment only,” or else I would have saved myself a trip by scheduling an appointment in advance. I decided not to have the battery replaced.
I had taken my lap top computer to them to get it checked because the internet was not working and instead, they had erased everything when the instructions were to call me if anything else was needed, they even erased the programs in the machine which I bought from them, I had spoken to the manager of the area and he said he was going to do whatever possible to help and instead he never talks to me again when I went a few times after they told me the manager was on vacations so I never got to speak to him again, after like ... read more
Customer service here is on point. Came to get a data transfer for my laptop. The staff was phenomenal and very friendly
