The tall blonde quiet one is so smart
I’ve spent two hours on a remote session with these guys and they didn’t resolve any of my issues and no one called me back. Very disappointed for $200 membership
GeekSquad is a total scam. They hire total randoms who have no idea what they're doing with tech. Paid $100 to get my a "diagnosis" on my PC. They told me nothing was wrong, they couldn't replicate the issue (even though I explained what was happening and how to replicate it), and when I got home the PC still wasn't functioning. I could tell their employees had no clue what they were talking about.
Big help with tech stuff.
