First, I was thoroughly impressed with the assistance I got in choosing the right computer to fit my needs. Then, when I needed help with a scanner that was not being recognized, I called the Geek Squad, and they not only remotely updated the drivers remotely, but also set it so I could easily print on another computer in the house, AND took care of a new printer which had always been in "error" mode since I moved it home from my business. Drove 40 minutes and was told to come back for an appointment. So I did, came back 2 hours later AGAIN just to be told that they can't do it since findmy was on. I was not even notified I needed to turn it off before coming, and then was told they can't do the repair because i haven't turned findmy off. To be told to just come back tomorrow.

I took my laptop in because it wouldn't turn on, after asking multiple times to see if he could fix it, or can he take a look to see what the problem was, all the geek squad employee was saying " I have to ship it out" didn't even try or care
