Don't come here. My husband paid over $250 to fix his computer because it kept crashing. After two days they sent it back saying it was done but it was still crashing. When he went back to see them and ask for the issue to be resolved they just ask him for more money.
The worst service - I was promised replacement of our phone battery - was told it might take about 3-4 hrs, then they said the next day. A week now and still have not heard from them. I keep calling and have same BS answer and we still don’t have our phone back
As always best buy is tops on tech, service, staff knowledge and customer service always gracious with a smile and this particular store is exemplary 🥰
