Geek Squad Copperfield ruined my phone. I had an I phone SE in excellent condition, but the battery had degraded, so I went to Geek Squad to get a battery replacement. Since the replacement, my phone randomly, but frequently shuts down, reboots, or won’t wake up anymore. The gentleman came, on time, to the house and fixed everything I asked for plus he went over and above by checking if I had any viruses, he updated things and took care of everything I needed. Can’t ask for anything more. Thank you

Complete waste of time. They don’t respect appointment times. Can’t fix same day as promised. Go to Apple Store instead of this place for Apple repairs.

I was having trouble with my phone. I went in and talked to one of the members of the Geek Squad and he was very, very knowledgeable. Of course, he had it fixed within a couple of minutes without a problem. Can't ask for better than that! I went to the location on Highway 6.
