Specifically want to shout out Yancy at the Geek Squad in Copperfield store. Both times I needed help, he was the absolute best. I hope I don't need more help in the future, but if I do, Yancy is for sure who I'd see!
I was having trouble with my phone. I went in and talked to one of the members of the Geek Squad and he was very, very knowledgeable. Of course, he had it fixed within a couple of minutes without a problem. Can't ask for better than that! I went to the location on Highway 6. The best part, they did not charge me.
Horrible! Charged my card for a subscription I never Signed up for . Still waiting on a refund & it’s been a month.
Terrible service all around. Originally scheduled appointments to get my washing machine fixed after only having it 3 months in April. It is now June and it still hasn’t been fixed. Past 2 appointments have been cancelled because I recently asked for exchange because 2 separate techs haven’t fixed the issue. Support tells me they can’t exchange until a tech approves it and they have cancelled past 2 appts since I’ve asked for an exchange. Support and techs have no communication between each other either. Geek Squad Copperfield ruined my phone. I had an I phone SE in excellent condition, but the battery had degraded, so I went to Geek Squad to get a battery replacement. Since the replacement, my phone randomly, but frequently shuts down, reboots, or won’t wake up anymore. I brought it back, but Geek Squad’s standard scan did not show any issues, so all I got is pretty much a shoulder shrug / too bad, too sad.
