Geek Squad Alternative – At one point or another we all need computer repair help and I am no different. I found myself in need at the worst possible moment. YIKES!! – My name is Catherine Herbert and I don't know much about computers. At some point in the last month I believe my computer became infected with a virus. It was making my internet run very slow and I was unable to email my grandson away in Iraq. This being my only way to communicate with him I became very distressed. Unhappy with entire experience. – After having some family come and visit for a family reunion. I noticed that the computer was running slower than normal. It had been being used by the grandchildren and their parents to check emails and etc., so I wasn’t really surprised that it was affected by the additional use.
