Took my pc in because it would not recognize keyboards. Picked it up and crashes every 5 minutes and wont recognize keyboards.
NOT WORTH PAYING FOR THIS SERVICE. I use to always shop at best buy cause of the protection plan. But every time I've had to use it so many problems and they never know what they are doing even the call center gets all information wrong and you are left taking time off work and waiting between 7am and 7pm only for no one to show up.
