Zero real solution or explanation. Basically I made an appointment to be told to go somewhere else.
Made an appointment just for them to tell me that apple would contact me.
Sal was great. He was professional, knowledgeable, and personable. I took a computer in that was not booting up. He explained clearly what they were going to try and the time line that we can expect. Thank you for a great experience. I hope management sees this and recognizes him!!
