I went to the 6001 Northwest Loop 410 location. Blair in the cell phone area provided outstanding customer service. He knew immediately what I looking for. The item wasn't on display so he went to look for it. When he still couldn't locate it, he looked online. The computer said there were 2 in stock, so he went to check another place. That time, he was successful!! I checked out right there with him, no line or going to another location in the store. I truly appreciate his wonderful service.
Geek still geeky but value is half of old service. Geek Squad is best thing going, that I know of, but the old service program was tons better. They have cut the perks in more than half. You really need to NEED the service based on the reduced perks associated with the current version.
I had apparently stumbled on a phishing scam and thought it to be real with my personal laptop . They came highly recommended so I decided to go and take my computer to them and explain the urgency of the need to have the entire system scanned for any possible viruses. I spoke with the Manager and he assured me that he would look into the situation and the progress with the computer.
