Bought AppleCare+ from this store with an iPhone 7. They set up and registered everything at this location. Flash forward 3 months to when I came to get it replaced today under its warranty and for inexplicable reasons their own computers were unable to initiate the AppleCare return. I was at the store for two hours before they were able to arrive at the lack of a result. They could verify I purchased it, and that it had AppleCare that was properly registered on Apple's websites. I love this store! I like taking my kids and getting a random DVD to watch. Best Buy has the best selection and it won't let you down with pricing! Customer service is always great as well, no complaints there!
