They returned my laptop to me unrepaired, claiming it was fixed. This took about a month, with no communication, no reliable information, my laptop was lost for a hot second until they tracked it down. Horrible service by the company, would not recommend getting devices fixed by this company. Unreliable, and completely untruthful as to what the process of my order and laptop condition.
They came out because I just couldn't get my wireless router to work. Don't have any kids to fall back on. Yes it was a few bucks, but done in minutes. Great job. Took care of a couple of other things while there.
