Their customer service system is pointless and keeps people waiting longer than they need to. I had dropped off a computer for repair and got a call that it was ready to be picked up, No mention of an appointment being needed. I go in to pick up and waited an hour. I finally had to leave and call and make an appointment. A couple sitting next to me waited over an hour and they had an appointment. There was one person behind the counter with no help.
