I have ALWAYS had excellent service through Geek Squad. Only on one occasion did I have to take my laptop to Best Buy to correct a problem. It took less than 30 minutes. I totally recommend Geek Squad!
The people here are of no help and no communication they kept dragging me around. So first the plan was to ship it but then they say they could fix it then today they say they cant and refund me the parts I bought and have it shipped but now they wont cause I got mad. Honestly never trusting the service here again. They could of done a diagnosis first from what I told them then either fix it or ship it. Made an appointment through Apple for 5:40 pm to get my battery replaced. Upon arrival, I was informed that, sorry, we’re open until 9 but our techs leave at 5 so we can’t do any repairs after 5 pm. That would have been really nice to know when I scheduled the appointment!!
They took my money and didn't fix the issue. They disconnected after taking remote control of my computer and ran diagnostics plus whatever "fix" they tried and just disappeared without asking me if it had been resolved, which it definitely hadn't. Super disappointed. Definitely will not be trusting them to fix my computer issues again.
made an upgrade on my gpu, had some issues. a few friends said it sounded like a psu problem, i decided to take it in to professionals to see what was really going on. paid 200 dollars and waited almost a week just for them to say nothing was wrong with my computer. take my computer back home, the issues are still there. i finally decide to rip my own psu out to see if it was the problem, it was. got a replacement and changed it myself and everything works great now. kinda wished i just listened to your average computer nerd... read more
