I buy from Best Buy from time to time never had a issue till three years ago when geek squad started charging me for service I did not order and I would call and thay would credit my account. It's been more than 6 weeks, and the service is unbelievably terrible! I can't believe i actually signed up for the membership. The 1st visit was a diagnosis for which I promptly paid and trustingly said yes to repair my 85 inch tv. The next 3 visits, they kept showing up with the wrong part each a week apart! I politely accepted their excuses.Well, the last 2 weeks have been no shows for appointments they made and did not honor.
