It's been more than 6 weeks, and the service is unbelievably terrible! I can't believe i actually signed up for the membership. The 1st visit was a diagnosis for which I promptly paid and trustingly said yes to repair my 85 inch tv. The next 3 visits, they kept showing up with the wrong part each a week apart! I politely accepted their excuses.Well, the last 2 weeks have been no shows for appointments they made and did not honor. Every time I have been to geek squad they can not help. Last occurrence was my 2 or 3 yr old computer got pierced by a tack and ruined the screen’s resolution (mostly, but not fully, a black screen). When geek squad hooked it up to their monitor it worked on their screen. He said they wouldn’t be able to fix it because it would be too much work and difficult to repair what was ruined.
