Review: Sherman, TX Geek Squad Bottom line, the reviews I've read and those that indicate are a good point to execute on Computer work appear to be likely published by a BOT. The reality is, that Customer Support from the very beginning is so locked into "policy" that to just talk with someone is a problem. Just had to hop on to give a 5 star review and let people know about the awesome experience I had. I got in touch with Justin to work out an issue I was having on a set of beats. He got me squared away. Randomly I heard him talking to another customer before helping me about their computer. So I told him about the one I purchased and was having an issue with. I gotta say. Brought in my computer to be fixed. 2 months ago, Haven't heard from them so I went to find out. Were my computer is along with the slip they gave me showing the amount of money I paid. The reply I get was we don't have your computer, they can not find it, don't know were its it and they will not replace my computer they lost.
