Scheduled a battery replacement on my IPhone SE last week for Saturday at 440 I have to work so weekends are better I drove an hour and a half to the appointment and when I got there she wasn’t sure they had a battery and if they did no one was there to replace it I would have to go back on Monday which would be another hour and a half each way plus a work day very poor customer service

After being told by the online geek squad agent that the screws I needed for my Chromebook could be replaced in person, I showed up for my appointment at the store to be told that there was nothing that could be done as they don’t keep screws for the machines in stock. I switched from iphone to Android, two very nice young men,Vante and Daniel were extremely patient,helpful , knowledgeable ! I highly Recommend these guys !
