horrible! My boyfriend went to go get his phone fixed and he dropped it off at 12:30, they said it would take them between an hour to two hours. That’s a lie! He had gave them a phone number to call when it was finished, when he dropped it off, and they never called that phone number. They called the phone they were WORKING ON! How are we supposed to know if it’s finished if they have the phone?!?! They need to use their resources and know what they are doing. They need to get their stuff together. horrible service!
Scheduled a battery replacement on my IPhone SE last week for Saturday at 440 I have to work so weekends are better I drove an hour and a half to the appointment and when I got there she wasn’t sure they had a battery and if they did no one was there to replace it I would have to go back on Monday which would be another hour and a half each way plus a work day very poor customer service

After being told by the online geek squad agent that the screws I needed for my Chromebook could be replaced in person, I showed up for my appointment at the store to be told that there was nothing that could be done as they don’t keep screws for the machines in stock.
