The service is really worth the annual fee. They will come to your house and fix your equipment and stay as long as they need to and come back if they must . They’ll give you an in-store appointment where you can get your problems with your electronics fixed for no extra charge with knowledgeable people with good attitude. It’s a deal !!!
Don't make the same mistakes we did.. We bought a brand new Refrigerator and my husband failed to buy their expensive warranty thinking the Fridge would last at least 2-5 years before needing service. Low and behold, 6 months after installing it in a brand new home the freezer quits freezing and the icemaker goes out. Due to issues with our home completion it sat in the box in the home from July to Dec before it was installed.
