Just wanted to give a shoutout to Noah! Thank you! He had amazing customer service. He acknowledged me and checked me in. I was a walk-in, so I had to wait a little bit since there were appointments, but as soon as he was available for me, he made sure to apologize for the wait. He ran a diagnostic on my iPhone to check for anything suspicious throughout my phone, including my apps and settings. Made the appointment and arrived 15 minutes early. 10 minutes after my appointment, I was told they don’t have time for my requested service today.
I’m having a MacBook repaired there and it seems like nobody knows what they’re doing. I’ve been bounced around between Apple and them. No help what so ever. It’s hard to get in contact with a manager too.
My wife needed her samsung galaxy s22 repaired and we read the website and it stated that they repair cell phones laptops and so on and then when me and my wife went in the said they stopped fixing samsung products entirely and the guy said it would cost 200-2000 to even try to fix it
