My husband and I had the Geek Squad guys come to help us install upgraded TVs for us. Skylar and Kenneth came on time, were efficient, knew their stuff, and were very interesting to boot. Polite and respectful, as well as humorous- they were a dynamite team!! Thank you
Terrible, don’t expect to wait less than 4 hours. Made me pay a service fee even and then didn’t even fix the issue. Don’t bother just go to a small repair shop.
Horrible service can’t even transfer a phone correctly
Terrible service , I spoke with a manager that lied to me when she realized that they made a mistake and they never send my phone to Apple. When they realized the mistake they put me on hold to speak to a manager who never came to the phone. They keep avoiding the subject and never made it right just make excuses
Great repair but did not call for the 3 hour it was ready
