Tech dummy here! Lol Apple user (barely) and switched to Lenovo for my business. Had a few login issues and a security notice I don’t know anything about and Tracy was SO helpful!! Not only is she super knowledgeable, but also was super kind to me about not knowing basic computer knowledge. Hopefully I don’t have any more issues, but if I do will definitely come back!! They use to be great. They would access my computer and work on printer or tell me the next step. Now it is just we will send somebody out to your house at $74. What a bunch of lazy , sorry workers. Not offering any type of assistance. Last year they were great and they helped me and went through everything and they were just absolutely wonderful this year.
