Your phone service is the worst experience I have ever dealt with! Horrible customer service !!
Worst experience!!! Had an appointment at 11:40 today, got there a little early, they checked me in. They said it would take no more than two hours. Went back two hours later, said another hour and half. Then another hour and half. Said another 45 mins. Never once got a sorry or anything they just didn’t care phone got checked in at 11:52 got it back at 4:36
It takes entirely too long just to even check in you still gotta wait An hour, Plus, I see you check in. You’re still gonna have to sit for another hour. Just make sure you have some free time when coming up here because it’s always the same every time I come.
Would leave zero or negative stars if i could. Took the pc in for repair. They said it would be done in 2-3 days, it was done for 2 days and they did not contact me or used the wrong number. I gave them explicit instructions on what to do if they had to reinstall windows, which they failed to listen to the notes inputed. On top of that a lot of the backed up files were missing and all apps were missing. I tried to get a refund but couldn't because the lady who originally took my payment said I had to use the best buy members... read more
