Ordered a Samsung fridge and had it delivered to my NW Florida address (Pensacola-Pace-Milton) area. Fridge was delivered damaged. Geek Squad delivery personnel noticed damage but stated they would requisition a replacement fridge and continue install with the damaged one. Should be a week I was told. Fast forward one month, I call “Geek Squad Support” with the case # received from Best Buy Chat (terrible experience w/AI chatbot). This is probably the worst experience that anyone could possibly ever have. And the fact of these representatives Do all of the work in Slow motion is absolutely insane.. This is the only place you have to go. Please make sure that you have several hours to sit awake before your appointment as well as during your appointment.. Come on Best Buy. You can do Better. If your guy needs to take a break, why don’t you have a back up!
Showed up at 6:20 for my appointment. I sat for around 5 minutes before I had to find a Best Buy employee who informed me that they canceled me appointment due to a family medical emergency. I understand however not notifying me that my appointment had been canceled when I purposely took off time from work is bs . Basically was told to leave and try to reschedule. Such a waste of time and money.
