Went to wrong address, and were unwilling to go to the correct address even though it was their fault and correct address was not far away. They also charged $150 just to diagnose a problem that has already been diagnosed then they will probable repair my TV whenever they find an opening in about 60 days. No local support, just send you to india to reschedule. Pure GARBAGE!!!
I went in GreeekSquad in Destin because i couldn’t pair my Apple watch with my new IPhone. Stephen and Jared are super helpful and try to help me with every way they can. Finally i got it paired by Stephen’s afford. I was so grateful, i tried multiple ways to have them connected. It seems easy but i just missed out something. Stephen patiently sort it out and gave me some advice for my husband watch as well. Thanks!

Waste of time. Upfront guy who took my order did not like dealing with the public and was incompetent. Had a condescending attitude. Never have received such bad customer service.
AVOID! There were signs this would be a horrible experience before my appointment even started. Called and was told they couldn’t give me any information over the phone for an Apple-authorized iPhone battery replacement. Told me I had to come in. Made an appointment and drove an hour to the store. Walked into a bunch of angry customers waiting. Mostly had not been contacted that their work could not be completed.
