I dont know if its best buy geek squad in general or just this location but they completely destroyed my desktop computer after i brought it to them to fix the motherboard. I had warrenty it was only going to be 2-3 weeks and around $150 i think. Turns out its 3 weeks and in the shipping process they completely destroyed my computer. Good price on battery replacement. Same day service.
Ordered a Samsung fridge and had it delivered to my NW Florida address (Pensacola-Pace-Milton) area. Fridge was delivered damaged. Geek Squad delivery personnel noticed damage but stated they would requisition a replacement fridge and continue install with the damaged one. Should be a week I was told. Fast forward one month, I call “Geek Squad Support” with the case # received from Best Buy Chat (terrible experience w/AI chatbot). This is probably the worst experience that anyone could possibly ever have. And the fact of these representatives Do all of the work in Slow motion is absolutely insane.. This is the only place you have to go. Please make sure that you have several hours to sit awake before your appointment as well as during your appointment.. Come on Best Buy. You can do Better. If your guy needs to take a break, why don’t you have a back up!
