Showed up at 6:20 for my appointment. I sat for around 5 minutes before I had to find a Best Buy employee who informed me that they canceled me appointment due to a family medical emergency. I understand however not notifying me that my appointment had been canceled when I purposely took off time from work is bs . Basically was told to leave and try to reschedule. Such a waste of time and money.
Wasted a 45 minute drive. Made an apple appointment and got told they overbooked and I would have to wait 1 hour just to be seen. Waste of my time and money. Thanks geek squad.

I had an extremely frustrating experience with Geek Squad in Destin FL. I arrived for my scheduled appointment and waited over 15 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me. I sat there the entire time; my laptop was never left unattended or dropped off. I originally came in for a simple battery replacement that was supposed to be sent out to an Apple-certified repair facility. My laptop was functioning (albeit only while plugged in) when I arrived. Went to wrong address, and were unwilling to go to the correct address even though it was their fault and correct address was not far away. They also charged $150 just to diagnose a problem that has already been diagnosed then they will probable repair my TV whenever they find an opening in about 60 days. No local support, just send you to india to reschedule. Pure GARBAGE!!!
