This is one of the most frustrating and scams I’ve ever encountered. Bought a TV and used geek squad to install. Cost as much or more as the TV itself. It’s been since January. Finally, got someone out and they put a TIVO on it b/c they didn’t know what else to do. TiVo and remote never connected. Been trying to get service for over three weeks. This location is completely pathetic and it’s embarrassing that people are willing to work for a group like this who scam the crap out of people. It’s a shame they are still in business. Brought in my laptop to be fixed as it was not turning on completely and though they were able to get it to turn on again in return I got 4 new issues. There is a hinge issue (quote a worker), a corner of the laptop board pops on and off scraping the material, fingerprint login does not work, and my speakers are broken.
