Customer service is a joke. The employees here are an embarrassment. Reserving an appointment is pointless. They won’t acknowledge you until an hour past your appointment time.

Worst customer service imaginable. Had an appointment at 5:00pm. Was never spoke to until 5:45pm and told my phone wouldn’t be able to be replaced that day and that I would need to make an appointment for earlier in the day. WHY NOT SAY THAT AT 5:00 pm instead of wasting 45 minutes of our time for nothing. There were several other people in line and none of us were addressed. Since Best Buy is the other authorized repair place in our area, I brought my MacBook Pro in for repair. I dropped it on July 30th. They said it would take 3 to 4 days. On Aug 6th (after one week) I started calling and leaving messages for the technician to find out what was going on. No response. My husband went to the store on Friday, Aug 8th and they said just finishing up from running diagnostics. (For over a week?) They said there was a bad cable. As a Destin resident with too many computers in the house to count, I often rely on Min, Chase, and their Geek Squad team. They know their business, are exceptionally tech-savvy, and do their best to help the many clients who show up (many without appointments). I cannot begin to imagine how they remain so calm when faced with the demands of hurried people. I have no idea how much these guys get paid, but it's not nearly enough!!! I'M GRATEFUL TO HAVE THESE GUYS AVAILABLE TO MY FAMILY AND ME!!
