Better hope you don’t have Justin from geek squad do any installs for you. We saved up for this TV for six months and I was excited to have a seamless TV install so I paid for everything to be installed and wires concealed. I don't think I've ever left a review before for anything, but these guys take the cake at terrible service. THREE APPOINTMENTS for a battery swap, left with a laptop more damaged than when I brought it in. They actively destroyed components with a smile on their face. So bad they couldnt even refer me to the correct store for a proper repair. If you love wasting time this is how you do it, less than useless.
The only reason they have so many 1 star review is because you literally can’t rate it any lower. Save yourself the trouble and just go to a real Apple Store.
I can see why there are so many 1-star reviews.....to start, good luck trying to even get them on the phone. You have to deal with a terrible AI bot, which then dumps you into some foreign call center where you cannot understand a word they say. I finally booked an appointment for them to come fix issues on my pc. They show up, dont even take off their jackets or shoes, mess with my pc for like 20 minutes, tell me I'm good and leave. I had purchased a small laptop earlier that day that only had 500mb of useable memory left and no matter what I did I couldn't delete enough to make it functional. I called geek squad and they were able to get me in the next day. I waited, maybe 40 seconds, before someone started working on the laptop. He, being the magician he was, freed up 13gb of data and made it more user friendly, and deleted everything on there that I didn't want, AND set it up so it ran perfectly for exactly what I wanted it to do.
