Terrible customer service. I put in a property damage claim for my insignia dryer that became possessed with a c9 code and flooded my laundry room and my mother's apartment. Geek squad came and took pictures, tells me they will get back to me in 5 days and I never hear from them. I call back 2 weeks later and they say the claim was denied. They did not feel the need to contact me to let me know it was denied. They were extremely informative and easy to understand for someone who is not tech savy.
Billy is the best. I was a very unhappy camper.He understood my frustration and made everything right.He should teach that a happy customer is a loyal customer.
