I can't speak highly enough about the Geek Squad at this Best Buy. It's easy to get an appointment, the technicians are knowledgeable, patient, and helpful, and the last time I went in my issue turned out to be a simple fix and they didn't even charge me. Can't recommend them enough.
They were incredibly helpful. I did not have time to go to Best Buy to get my computer unlocked and had somehow inadvertently locked it down. They were able to patch me through to experts who could “remote on” with me and saved me from having to drive across Chicago to get it accessed.
Edwin was honest, and kind. He was very helpful in removing my broken laptop charger, even though I didn't have an appointment. Thank you so much!!
