I was dealing with an issue with my laptop. I met with Areeb in GeekSquad and he got me all sorted. Extremely well spoken gentleman and walked me through the process eloquently. Very blessed to meet this kind young man, and he really helped me out with my laptop. 100% recommend GeekSquad to everyone, and if you can, meet with my man Areeb.

Complete waste of time...the back of my iPhone cracked and I wanted to get an exchange so I made an appointment. An employee Bruce reached out to confirm my appointment and informed me my phone would be there in several days for me to pickup and that I would be able to use my current phone.
