Great service
Had a horrible time at Best Buy over multiple visits for an iPhone. Had my ear speaker go out and this Best Buy was labeled as a certified Apple Repair store. I brought my iPhone in and they took it for the day as they repaired. Mind you, my phone worked completely fine prior to the visit other than the speaker not working. Brought Lenovo 9i laptop for power button to be fixed, was informed would be 60-80% value of a $2,600 laptop to be fixed because they needed to replace the motherboard apparently. Took same laptop to another shop for second opinion and was fixed within 24 hours for $60, works good as new.
