Brought Lenovo 9i laptop for power button to be fixed, was informed would be 60-80% value of a $2,600 laptop to be fixed because they needed to replace the motherboard apparently. Took same laptop to another shop for second opinion and was fixed within 24 hours for $60, works good as new.
I recently got a remote starter key and was really impressed with the service. Cesar did an excellent job explaining the entire process. I highly recommend them and will definitely return!
5 stars for this team here. Especially Cruz. The customer service at the Best Buy is not the best but this team makes up for it!
