AVOID. The technician didn’t even examine my laptop before telling me to put it in rice for a week. When that didn’t work, I went to Apple, and they were shocked—they said rice was the worst thing I could’ve done and likely made the damage worse. What could have been a repair turned into a $2,000 replacement. If you have an Apple product, go directly to Apple. Geek Squad doesn’t have the expertise to handle Apple devices properly.

Had a stereo put in have had nothing but wiring issues now my car don't even want to start ! Can't get assistance cause the location closed !
