My partner brought her phone to the geek squad because she had crazy screens constantly popping up. The phone had a virus. A very young geek spent about 15 minutes trying to fix it. He said it couldn't be fixed. My son, who lives far away, came over to our house and spent about ten minutes with it and deleted the app that was causing the issue. Communication left a lot to be desired on the front end. However, the manager ended up calling and making it right with a discount. My wife's phone was fixed. 4/5. If they called people when promised and prioritized communication it would be a 5/5. But we appreciated the effort to make it up to us.
