Communication left a lot to be desired on the front end. However, the manager ended up calling and making it right with a discount. My wife's phone was fixed. 4/5. If they called people when promised and prioritized communication it would be a 5/5. But we appreciated the effort to make it up to us.
From the get go they seemed confused.. All I needed was for them to fix the bios, remove 1 hard drive and replace motherboard. Instead they removed all the hard drives and told me it was "fixed". I told them to boot it up, the girl was more then happy to; not aware(somehow) that a computer will not work or boot up without a hard drive, or working motherboard. They tell me that they do NOT sell or order motherboards and I would have to buy those parts, bring them in, pay again just for them to see if it works...Before agreein... read more
They're not cooperative. They refused to install my Security Camera System on my RV
This is my first and last experience with geek squad. I scheduled appointments to have two iPhone batteries replaced. After spending more than 30 minutes checking me in they proceeded to tell me that they do not have the battery in stock. Seems to me that when I made the appointment online, they would have been able to tell me that we are out of stock that item. They did, however check the Apple store’s stock and that I could leave my phone there for 3 to 4 days. no thank you. What a huge waste of my time.
