Geek Squad Alternative – At one point or another we all need computer repair help and I am no different. I found myself in need at the worst possible moment. In the middle night, when everything is closed and the night before a report is due. I called Geek Squad online support for help and was charged for the $199 virus removal service. Dont count on their word. – My daughter bought her laptop at bestbuy and purchased a warranty. She took it to Geek Squad in North Olmsted and was given a completion date of 9-18-08. She has contacted them several time since this completion date and has been given the run around. This laptop is her life , her business. They were supposed to fix it or replace it .
