I tried to get in contact for over 45 minutes to get through to the geek squad at the North Canton store. After finally getting through to a human, he said he was going to put me in contact with them and ended up hanging up on me.Furious is not a strong enough word to describe me right now.
David Carpenter traveled into Summit County to address my needs when Summit County could not come. He was an incredible double agent and had everything up and running including giving patient tutorials for someone who is clearly behind in all the new technology. Please give this man a raise.
