If I could give zero stars I would. I was having issues with my phone losing charge. After checking my battery health I realized I needed a new battery. I was referred to several places and chose Best Buy at Tuttle because it was closest to my home ( still a half hour drive). I went online and scheduled my appointment for the earliest available appointment. I attempted to call to ask information, but could not get through. I figured they must be busy. Very professional and friendly. Was able to fix my issue. Worth paying for an annual membership- didnt have to pay for repair to the laptop
Do to not being able to call and get a hold of anyone do to their home system. I will be taking my electronics else where to be fixed. One where they actually answer the phone and can talk to an actual human
Had many problems with customer service
Always helpful and get me back in working order with my tech so I don’t miss too much for school/work.
