They sent me on a wild goose chase to Polaris, who wouldn't help. When I came all the way back to Tuttle they were equally unhelpful. HOURS wasted over a waranteed iphone. Avoid this cycle of pain at all costs.
I had purchased a new MacBook from Best Buy and wanted to trade in my old one. I went over to Geek Squad to have them transfer everything from my old computer to my new computer. I was not aware that this was an extra cost with the trade in so the money I thought I was saving with my trade in was consumed by the data transfer that they told me I had to do. I feel bad and giving 4 star. Gentleman was not very helpful at all. It was ridicules and sad and waste of time.
