I don’t know why they list a phone number in Google search. It’s horrible, you can’t reach a real person. The answering service is terrible, it can’t accept an extension, understand what I need, or transfer you to a live person. I spent 30 min making calls and going in circles. I ended up personally visiting the store to have my issue addressed. If it wasn’t that I like their products, I’d shop somewhere else.

I'm leaving this review because of Jonah's awesome help! (I hope it's Jonah and not Jonas) I'm writing this review a few days late because I forgot... but I remember his name was one or the other and he was apart of the geek squad. I really appreciated his help, because I was worried about the return policy for a laptop I had bought and had already unboxed. It would be zero if possible. My daughter made an appt for the second time at a different location to have her phone repaired. She drives an hour to get there the. Told They can’t do it today both times. What is the point of an appointment if they aren’t honored?! Waste of time and gas! Extremely dissatisfied in the lack of communication. They should Not agree and accept appointments when they cannot honor their part’
