If you need a Samsung Frame TV installed GEEK SQUAD is 100% the Company you need to call. I cannot express how great of a job Anthony and Chris did today! They were incredibly friendly and professional and they installed my TV like the pros they are! Originally, I hired a competitor that was unable to install my Samsung Frame TV (because they are different from other TV installations due to the flush mount.) I am so thankful for their expertise and hardwork! GEEK SQUAD will be my "go to" Company moving forward!

They took my computer in the back and when they returned it to me, what i needed wasn't fixed and the whole keyboard wouldn't work. They took no accountability and said "i dont know what to tell you". No help offered. No empathy or sympathy. I will never return to this store or use this geek squad. They are worthless and useless

Call geeks quad main office number . Gave them the make and model of my computer screen. They said no problem we can fix both of them. Would you like to set up an appointment? I said let me just go to Greensboro and see if they're not too busy. I drove 45 minutes to an hour got there. And they said they do not work home computer screens that they did not sail. If the main hub would let me know on that it wouldn't save me a lot of time and aggravation.
