The Geek Squad is great! I can rest easy knowing that any electronic or IT issues will be taken care of. I just consulted with them about an issue with a home land line phone system I bought from them. They informed me that since I am a "Total Tech" member, my phone system is covered for two years at no additional cost and not to worry. So I'm not going to worry about it.

Geek squad is USELESS! Waste a trip all the way out to southpoint to try and get a tv repaired... a tv sold by best buy and was purchased there. Scheduled my appt Online and it clearly says they do repairs in house. Get there and I'm told that they don't do repairs in house and to contact the tv manufacturer! WTH?!! 😡
