The young man who helped me was polite, hardworking, professional, and patient! I was helping my elderly brother, and he made my situation much easier! Impeccable manners and maturity!

The Geek Squad is great! I can rest easy knowing that any electronic or IT issues will be taken care of. I just consulted with them about an issue with a home land line phone system I bought from them. They informed me that since I am a "Total Tech" member, my phone system is covered for two years at no additional cost and not to worry. So I'm not going to worry about it.
