Stay home all day waiting for someone from the geek squad to show. No show and no phone call.
Getting to Geek squad online technical support is shameful. Every time I reach out for help I get the runaround. I have a yearly plan membership and should have to keep going thru this. Today faced with a potential virus, pop ups on screen, the agent tells me to restart my computer without even remoting in to access the issue. I told him that doesn’t even sound right or safe and I’m not doing anything til you remote it. Then he tells me to advance support. What! Gets connected and transferred again to another agent. I bought a Spectrum I-phone that came with no charger nor directions, I went to the spectrum store and they couldn't help, but to go to the Geek Squad. I'm about to contact Apple and let them know how Spectrum has treated me. I'll give the Geek Squad a shot but all charges will be sent to Spectrum or Apple.
Poor customer service.
