Geek Squad Alternative – At one point or another we all need computer repair help and I am no different. I found myself in need at the worst possible moment. In the middle night, when everything is closed and the night before a report is due. I called Geek Squad online support for help and was charged for the $199 virus removal service. Dissatisfied Customer – After leaving my computer with the geek squad for a few days I expected to be able to pick it up. I returned at the designated time and found that they hadn't even started the virus removal process. I inquired as to how much longer it would take to complete the service and the young man who was helping me couldn't give me a definite day and asked for me to call back when the manager was there.
