Took my computer to geek squad, I believe his name was Aries, very cool guy. Was very nice helping me out and helped me reach a conclusion on what to do next with my pc.
Called to get an idea if they can repair a tv backlight. They said they can, but cannot even give a range of what that type of repair might cost should that be the problem. That is not an over the phone estimate which I understand why they wouldn’t do that since they need to make a diagnosis of the problem. They should be able to provide general ranges for types of repairs without having to charge $125 to come out to make the diagnosis for the specific problem. Probably great, but they only repair iPhone not Samsung, so I wouldn't know for sure.
