Honestly, zero organization. No sings or lines, just walk up, wait 15 or more minutes, hope someone notices you or acknowledges you, and then just be told that there is a 4 day wait.

After an agent told me they could handle my landline setup. I made an appointment I went to get help. I was informed they couldn't work onland lined. A wasted trip.

Unfortunately I have to still give a single star when I wish I could give none! If you ever have issues with your Apple Devices I suggest you don't go to Geek Squad for their "Apple Services" because the gentleman there will do nothing but accuse you of ruining your device when Apple was trying to save me the drive and get there help, he just sat there telling me that "there is no way that could happen the battery is in the front of the phone" my iphone 16 pro overheats and per apple its due to a defect (common issue)- I tou... read more

Phone service is the absolute worst. The Robot makes it difficult to even get to the correct department.. When someone finally answered, was put on hold for however long then they answered and was oblivious to what I was trying to do which was a simple xbox repair the previous lady said they did. Then they either hung up on me before I even said a word. Not worth giving my business to at this point.
