Absolutely no help at all
Phone service is the absolute worst. The Robot makes it difficult to even get to the correct department.. When someone finally answered, was put on hold for however long then they answered and was oblivious to what I was trying to do which was a simple xbox repair the previous lady said they did. Then they either hung up on me before I even said a word. Not worth giving my business to at this point.
Requested a data recovery and operating system repair. How does that translate to format my harddrive and BOTH of my healthy redundant backup harddrives. I lost everything. Please don't trust this company to put on a screen protector. Its not worth the risk.
Months ago bought at least 400 bucks worth. This afternoon bought another product. Clerk ask me if I wanted to Best Buy member ship. I declined. Next thing I knew the clerk after my purchase went through, reading my card number to someone on the other end of the phone. My card numbers front and back. Little odd. I confronted the clerk on it. He apologized. But who would be on the end tht needed my card numbers? Especially when they got a big purchase from me a few months ago.
