A couple of weeks ago I came to Geek Squad to get my phone battery replaced. The first red flag was that they told me they needed to keep my phone for 1-2 days to repair it. If I were to have taken it to the Apple Store, it wouldn’t have taken more than a couple hours. After letting them hold onto to my phone for those two days, it was returned damaged.
