A couple of weeks ago I came to Geek Squad to get my phone battery replaced. The first red flag was that they told me they needed to keep my phone for 1-2 days to repair it. If I were to have taken it to the Apple Store, it wouldn’t have taken more than a couple hours. After letting them hold onto to my phone for those two days, it was returned damaged. I had a wonderful experience! I walked in not knowing that I needed an appointment to drop my device off. I think the man who helped me was named Ryan. Not sure. He had very long dreads. He was so pleasant and patient with me. Gave me all the information I needed. And then I dropped off my device on my appointment time to Mark, I believe. He was also wonderful and very informative.
