Didn't fix my phone even with appointment and spending hour drive and so rude customer service
Even having appointment, we need a screen replacement and the guy in encounter was so rude he could not take care because we was five minutes late. That doesn't make any sense. Five minutes is they should take care because we drive like hour hour and a half. And then his excuse was that he have to replace a whole unit but Apple told me it is only Screen and cost $29 so why we have to pay for a whole unit and wait 4 to 6 business days never recommend this place they try to charge more for no reason.
Not helping at all Even having appointment and also have AppleCare they could not take care and their excuses is I have to wait 5 to 6 business days and you have to pay for whole unit replacement but Apple told me it is $29 for the screen That's what I need only the screen on my phone so why would I pay for whole unit waste of my time It should be geek trash not squad, waste my hour of my drive. Never recommend ever that place
Not recommended so rude poor service
Worst of the worst useless made an appointment was late due to emergency services and told they can’t see cause the have an appointment 10 minutes later. I’m the only person in the store basically it’s 1230 on a Tuesday. Don’t go here every would give 0 stars if I could can’t wait to blast them on all my social media
