Geek Squad Alternative – At one point or another we all need computer repair help and I am no different. I found myself in need at the worst possible moment. In the middle night, when everything is closed and the night before a report is due. I called Geek Squad online support for help and was charged for the $199 virus removal service. bad service! – My name is Catherine Herbert and I don't know much about computers. At some point in the last month I believe my computer became infected with a virus. It was making my internet run very slow and I was unable to email my grandson away in Iraq. This being my only way to communicate with him I became very distressed. I wasn't confident enough to be able to attempt to fix it myself. This Review is FALSE and written by Secure Remote Support – What you are about to read is false and was written by a company called secure remote support to promote their business by "piggybacking" Geeks Squads Reviews.
