Geek Squad Alternative – At one point or another we all need computer repair help and I am no different. I found myself in need at the worst possible moment. In the middle night, when everything is closed and the night before a report is due. I called Geek Squad online support for help and was charged for the $199 virus removal service. Another bad experience with geek squad – Geek Squad seriously needs some better employee training. I can't stand how inexperienced and untrained the employees are at Geek Squad. I am somewhat knowledgable about the operation of computers. I unfortunately did not have the time to service my own laptop so I had Geek Squad complete the task for me. Or thats what I intended.
