Called in to see about installation of a hard drive. Customer Service Representative, whether in store or call center barely spoke English and was very confused. Will try in store, and may update review.
After checking with my local Verizon store, I went my local Best Buy in Puyallup to see if the Geek Squad could assist me with my cell phone. I had clicked on a link that I shouldn't have and now my phone was blowing up with notifications about malware. I was worried that I would have to spend a few hundred dollars to get rid of whatever was in my phone, or worse, that I would have to get a new phone.
